Origins

The vineyard is located in Vinchio village, subzone Boglietto and Valdevani.


Type of soil

Sandy soil, with good percentages of silt and veins of clay.

Vinification

Fermentation with frequent daily pumping of the must. The contact with the skins extend 6-8 days in steel tanks with carefully controlled temperature.

Ageing

Drawing off is immediately followed by malolactic fermentation. After this, the wine is bottled to preserve its fruit and the winy features.


Bottling

It takes place approximately in May, following the harvest. At least 1 months before being marketed.
