The vineyards are located in Alba and Diano d’Alba villages.

Vinification

8-10 days in steel tanks with carefully controlled temperature.

Ageing

After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12-14 months in New French oak tonneaux of 400 liters tonneaux.


Bottling

It takes place after the necessary fining in a barrel; at least 3 months before being marketed.

Intense, Ruby red.


Nose

Is pleasingly reminiscent of raspberries, red fruits, delicate yet intense.

Palate

Dry, well balanced, full of body, but round on the palate.

Food Pairings

The Barbera fits well with first structured dishes, and meat dishes. Both a fine match with food and wonderful on its own.
