Origins

Trè-surì: Three different vineyards with excellent exposure to the sun, each one with its characteristic, find their highest exaltation joined together to become an high quality Barolo.

Vinification

From 12 to 16 days in thermo-regulated steel tanks with automatic and computerized system of pumping over and punching down operations.

Ageing

After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in 1600 liters French oak barrels, and in some small 400 liters barrels for 36 months.


Bottling

It takes place after the necessary fining in a barrel; at least 6 months before being marketed.

Ruby red with garnet reflections.


Nose

Fine and elegant with beautiful shades of cherry, rose and sweet licorice.

Palate

Full and harmonious with soft and elegant tannins, long and persistent.

It can be perfectly matched with red meat or medium or long ageing cheeses.
