The vineyards are located in Diano d’Alba village, at 500mt of altitude.

Vinification

Fermentation with frequent daily pumping of the must. The contact with the skins extend 6-8 days in steel tanks with automatic temperature control.

Ageing

After Malolactic Fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months.


Bottling

It takes place in the spring following the harvest.

Intense, Ruby red.


Nose

Intense, wide and fruity.

Palate

Dry taste, full flavor, rich, slightly of almonds at the end, with a long persistence in mouth.
