Vinification

Fermentation with frequent daily pumping of the must. The contact with the skins extend 6-8 days in steel tanks with carefully controlled temperature to bring out the perfect fruity aroma. Drawing off is immediately followed by malolactic fermentation.

Ageing

The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks with micro oxygenation for 4-6 months.


Bottling

It takes place after the necessary fining at least 1 months before being marketed.

Dry and harmonious, with an almond finish, which contributes significantly to its typicality.
