The vineyards where the MAURO SEBASTE wines are produced have been chosen for their excellent land features and favourable exposure. They are located on the best Langhe and Roero farms: Alba, Barolo, La Morra, Verduno, Serralunga, Monforte, Canale, and Vezza d’Alba.
Mauro Sebaste personally runs the vineyards: he checks the soil quality, he carefully sees to the thinning of the exceeding grapes with regards to the capacity of each vine to bring its grapes to perfect ripening and he also engages himself in limiting treatments to the minimum required.
Every year, after checking the grapes ripening and choosing the perfect climatic conditions, he organizes the harvest (still strictly manual) and supervises it by carefully selecting grapes.
