The vineyard is located in Vinchio village, Valdevani and Boglietto district

Sandy soil, with good percentages of silt and veins of clay.

Vinification

After the green harvest doing in the summer, grapes are manually harvested in 25 kg perforated boxes. After a further hand- selected made on vibrating table, the grape is soft press. The contact with the skins lasts 6-8 days in steel tanks thermoregulated with an automatic system of pumping over and fulling.

Ageing

After the racking follows the malolactic fermentation. Aging for at least 4-6 months in steel tanks.


Bottling

After the necessary refinement in steel, in the spring following the harvest.
