Vinification

After the green harvest doing in the summer, grapes are manually harvested in 25 kg perforated boxes. After a further hand- selected made on vibrating table, the grape is soft press, after fermentation with daily pumping over. The maceration lasts 8-10 days in steel tanks thermoregulated with an automatic system of pumping over and fulling

Ageing

12 – 14 months in new French tonneaux of 400 lt


Bottling

After the necessary aging in barrels, at least 6 months before the release on the market.

Intense, ruby red


Nose

Full of spices, berries and red fruits.

Palate

Dry, powerful but fresh, due to the good acidity of the Barbera, balanced and long aftertaste.

14,5%-15%

Food Pairings

The Barbera fits well with structured first courses and meat dishes. A very pleasant company, both at the table and after lunch.
