Origins

The vineyards with excellent sun exposure, each with its own peculiar characteristic, they find their maximum exaltation, blended together, becoming a Classic Barolo of high quality.

Vinification

After the green harvest doing in the summer, grapes are manually harvested in 25 kg perforated boxes. After a further hand- selected made on vibrating table, the grape is soft press. Fermentation with daily pumping over. The maceration lasts 12-16 days in steel tanks thermoregulated with an automatic system of pumping over and fulling

Ageing

After Malo-lactic fermentation, the wine is aged 1600 liters French oak barrels, and in some small 400 liters barrels for 36 months.


Bottling

After the necessary refining in barrel, at least 6 months before the release on the market

Ruby red with garnet reflections.


Nose

Fine and elegant with beautiful shades of cherry, rose and sweet licorice.

Palate

Full and harmonious with soft and elegant tannins, long and persistent.
