Origins

The vineyard is located in Alba village, Santa Rosalia district


Type of soil

Mainly clayey, calcareous and sandy.

End of September


Vinification

After the green harvest doing in the summer, grapes are manually harvested in 25 kg perforated boxes. After a further hand- selected made on vibrating table, the grape is soft press, after fermentation with daily pumping over. The maceration lasts 3-4 days racking of the product still very sweet that ends the fermentation at low temperature.

Ageing

The wine remains for few months in steel tanks.


Bottling

Towards the month of May the second fermentation takes place in autoclave, where a second fermentation takes place which gives it a very fine sparklingness.

Color

Ruby red with pink froth.


Nose

Fine and delicate, remember the raspberry and rose.

Palate

Dry, fresh, with delicate raspberry nuances. The fine bubbles that characterizes it, derives from the fermentation before bottling.

13-13,5%

Food Pairings

Simple dishes such as cold cuts, boiled meat and cheese. Served a bit fresh, it reveals all its characteristics of vinosity and freshness.
