Origins

The vineyards is located in the Vinchio village, Asti district, about 280 mt on the see level South-Est exposure.

sandy, with good percentages of silt and veins of clay.

Harvesting time

Middle/End of September


Vinification

After the green harvest doing in the summer, grapes are manually harvested in 25 kg perforated boxes. After a further hand- selected made on vibrating table, the grape is soft press, after fermentation with daily pumping over. The maceration lasts 8-10 days in steel tanks thermoregulated with an automatic system of pumping over and fulling

Ageing

Refines in tonneaux for at least 12 month


Bottling

It remains 6 months in bottle before being released on the market

Full, intense with red fruit and cherry

Palate

Structured with a good acidity that gives it a pleasant freshness but at the same time soft and round.
